LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

All BUS MAKERS busses are protected by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, BUS MAKERS will, at their discretion, either repair or replace any part of a bus that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired or replaced parts will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to the original part.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty is activated upon receipt by BUS MAKERS of a completed English language product registration at www.busmakers.com within 30 days of purchase from an authorized bus maker dealer /reseller, and is valid subject to case maintenance and use in accordance with owner instructions. Any cost to return/repair a BUS MAKERS bus part is the responsibility of the bus owner, and the repaired or exchanged product or part will be shipped at the expense of the owner to the shipping address indicated on the original Limited Lifetime Warranty registration only (or, at the sole discretion of BUS MAKERS, to the original selling authorized dealer or reseller).

BUS MAKERS defines “Lifetime” as that of the original bus ownership or that of the production life of the specific bus model or equivalent.

BUS MAKERS will attempt to replace all parts with the same part as the original. In the event BUS MAKERS is unable to replace the part with the same part as the original part, BUS MAKERS, at its option will replace that part with a part of similar function.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BUS MAKERS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES FOR A BREACH OF WARRANTY IN AN AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE. NO BUS MAKERS EMPLOYEE, DEALER, OR OTHER AGENT IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY.
